Payment is required to be made in full at the time that the booking is made.
All our booking fees are as listed in our booking store. Should there be any error in our pricing, you will have the option to pay any shortfall or to cancel and receive a full refund less payment provider fees.
Cancelling a Booking & Refunds
AstroCamp is a "rain or shine" event and cancellations can not be refunded. AstroCamp reserves the right to sell the pitch on in the event of a cancellation.
We allow booking transfers as long as the transfer are like for like. You can not transfer a tent/caravan pitch for a camper-van hardstanding.

Our Etiquette guide can be found here. Non-compliance with the star-party etiquette may result in ejection, at the discretion of the organisers.
Wherever possible, AstroCamp will attempt to make suitable alternative arrangements rather than cancel the event.
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel the event, we will refund all bookings. The amount refunded will be less any already committed payments (e.g. the campsite fees) and will be divided equally on a pro-rata basis between all bookings.
Insurance & Liability
AstroCamp make reasonable endeavours to ensure the safety and security of the site but can accept no liability for loss or damage to any attendee's equipment, or personal injury.
All attendees are therefore advised to ensure they have suitable and appropriate insurance cover in place for the duration of AstroCamp.
